Shops, offices and mixed-use property are priced on enquiry, because every lease is different. We manage rent collection, service charges and repairs. We do not provide formal valuations. Where you need a survey or valuation, we can arrange it through approved third-party firms, who quote and invoice separately.

Is VAT included?
Xenith is not currently charging VAT on these prices, so the price shown is the price you pay. If that changes we will show VAT separately before you confirm anything, and it will not change a plan you have already paid for until it renews.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel a plan at any time from your billing page and it ends at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part-periods unless something has gone wrong on our side. Each one-off service shows its own cancellation and refund rules before you pay.
What is a third-party cost?
Some services, such as a credit or identity check, are carried out by an outside provider who charges for them. We show that cost as its own line, separate from our service charge, before you confirm. We do not add it to a hidden total.
Do you charge tenants for any of this?
No. These prices are for landlords and owners. Nothing on this page is charged to tenants.
What happens if I have more properties than my plan allows?
You will see the limit on the plan and your usage on your billing page. You can move to a larger plan, or ask us for a tailored portfolio quote.
Can you value my property or carry out a survey?
No. Xenith does not give formal valuations or carry out surveys. For commercial property we can arrange surveying through approved third-party firms, who quote and invoice separately.
